Pixlland for Developers
Ship your HTML5 game to United States
We publish open-source HTML5 games straight to the browser — no downloads, no mandatory logins, no friction. We handle hosting, SEO and distribution while you focus on making the game.
How it works
From a GitHub repo to a game running at pixlland.com/play/<slug>, in four steps.
Send your repo
GitHub/GitLab link under a permissive license (MIT, Apache, BSD, CC0) or compatible copyleft (GPL, MPL).
License & attribution review
We check authorship, license and compliance. No game ships without proper credits to the original author.
Performance & UX QA
We test on desktop and mobile — first frame, controls, load time. Feedback comes with a clear timeline for fixes.
Publish at /play/<slug>
CDN hosting, SEO metadata, home-grid integration and placement in relevant categories.
Why publish on Pixlland
Human curation
Every game is reviewed and placed by hand — no opaque algorithm burying your launch.
SEO-first
Structured data (VideoGame JSON-LD), OG, canonical, and sitemap generated automatically.
Thumbnail & listing
Poki-style grid integration — 94×94, 204×204 and 314×314 tiles with editorial placement.
i18n out of the box
Description, category and FAQ translated. Global audience in 20+ languages.
Transparent analytics
Plays, favorites and retention available in the developer dashboard (in progress).
Developer tooling
Poki-compatible iframe sandbox (gamepad, fullscreen, orientation lock, autoplay).
Monetization — in progress
Pixlland is early. The developer rev-share model is being finalized, and first partnerships will be set individually by email, based on the game's relevance and traffic.
In the meantime, open-source games ship at no cost, keeping all credits and links back to the original repository.
